From Rochester to Real Estate
Matthew grew up in Rochester, New York, and attended St. Bonaventure University. After college, he pursued dentistry, which brought him to Florida for dental school.
While earning his dental degree, Matthew was introduced to real estate in the Siesta Key and Sarasota market during the COVID-era boom. The pace was intense. Homes were selling quickly, and buyers and sellers were making major decisions under pressure.
That experience shaped the way he works today. He prepares carefully, communicates clearly, and helps clients stay steady when the process starts moving fast.
Building a Real Estate Career While Earning His Dental Degree
Balancing a demanding professional program with a growing real estate business took structure, discipline, and attention to detail.
During that time, Matthew produced roughly $13 million in sales volume while earning his degree. He was managing clients, contracts, negotiations, and a demanding academic schedule at the same time.
That background still influences how he works now, especially when clients need a clear explanation, a realistic timeline, or a steady voice during an important decision.
Making Real Estate the Main Focus
After earning his dental degree, Matthew chose to make real estate his main focus.
What drew him in was the advisory side of the business. Real estate gave him a way to help people compare options, understand risk, and make decisions that affect both their finances and their day-to-day lives.

Moving to Colorado
In 2022, Matthew and his wife moved to Colorado, where she was born and raised. Colorado is now home.
Today, Matthew works with sellers, buyers, relocation clients, and investors across Denver and the surrounding communities.
How Matthew Works

Outside of Real Estate
Outside of real estate, Matthew likes to stay active, hike, explore Colorado, and follow professional sports — easy to do in a state with teams across every major league. When football season comes around, though, he is still a Buffalo Bills fan.
